If you would usually sign in to Self-Serve or call us to make your monthly payment on these dates, please arrange to do so either before or after these weekend closures. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Remember, if we don’t receive your monthly payment by the end of the month in which it’s due, your account could fall into arrears, and that may have a negative impact on your credit file.
It’s a good idea to bookmark and favourite the sign in page for quick and easy access in future.
Redemption Statement - if you are requesting a redemption statement on behalf of a solicitor and they are registered with Lender Exchange they can request and print a statement directly from the portal, followed up by a postal copy. This is the quickest way to obtain a redemption statement.
